A short run of just under 10km from Kavadarci to Negotino after strong Turkish coffee and watermelon served by our hostel host. Our hostel room was large and comfortable and as we were the only guests, we had the shared bathroom to ourselves. After breakfast our host took a photo of us with our bikes and the South African flag, saying we were his first South African guests and that he would put the photo in his lobby with others. 
We had arranged for early check-in at our Negotino apartment. Our hosts here are involved in several businesses on the same premises: accommodation, car wash, carpet selling, animal pellet selling. Our apartment is much more attractive and comfortable than can be guessed at from the outside. 
Tonight we walked a km to a Mexican restaurant for a delicious enchilada meal, pineapple mojito and Macedonian beer, Zlaten Dab.
